How well vetted are the staff? 

Before working for us our staff provide us with written references and are all legally entitled to work in this country. You can be assured that iClean is a trustworthy source.

Are the cleaners insured? 

All of our cleaners are fully insured in the event of any accidental damage so you can relax and know that your house is in safe hands with iClean.

What products do you use?

Domestic

For health and hygiene reasons we use the cleaning products which you have in your home. 

Commercial

We provide cleaning equipment and materials.

Is the service good value for money? 

We believe our cleaning service, including agency fees, for £20 an hour is remarkable value for money. Large companies charge £20+ an hour, whereas private individuals working for under £20 an hour are unlikely to be insured and do not deliver such a reliable service as we do.

Will the cleaning be tailored to suit my needs? 

Before your initial clean, we will discuss your individual requirements and will ensure that your cleaner delivers your service just the way you like it. 

Will I receive a reliable service? 

We strive to send you the same cleaner every week who is familiar with your requirements to ensure your service is always up to your standards.  If your regular cleaner should be unavailable we will provide a cover cleaner.

What if I am unsatisfied with the service? 

We are confident that our cleaners deliver a service that you will be very happy with. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your cleaner we will provide a replacement cleaner within 7 days.

Are the cleaners flexible if I need to change the time or date? 

That’s no problem for us. You can contact us if the date or time of your clean needs to be changed and we will be happy to rearrange where possible.

What happens if my cleaner goes on holiday?

 We make sure that if your regular cleaner goes away on holiday we will provide you with a replacement cleaner whilst they are away.

I have pets, can the cleaners cope with this? 

Sure. All of our cleaners are pet-friendly and are more than happy to clean homes with pets.
